After you're a member just show us your membership card when we arrive. You're allowed two free preventative maintenance inspections a year (one before summer and one before winter). Just call us when you're ready. The preventative maintenance inspection includes an operational and performance test of your outside and inside A/C units. If we find any A/C problems that are of a more serious nature, we will carefully go over them with you. We will also explain how to keep your A/C working at its optimum performance.

  Our performance checks provide system analysis of your equipment. This information will help us better serve your A/C needs. .

  When an INSTATE member requests service, they immediately become our first priority. There are many more benefits after becoming an INSTATE member, such as discounts on our products and services. There is never a service call charge for scheduled maintenance. You'll only pay for the parts we replace and the labor to install it. If it is scheduled maintenance, not only will you have no service call charge but you'll also receive a discount on parts and labor. Scheduled maintenance derives from our free maintenance inspections that we offer our members..
